At first, the realism of the picture was startling, especially contrasted with the terrible low quality18 month old Hitachi I was replacing because it developed horizontal lines and was failing. People look like they are about to jump off the screen, almost three-dimensional. We use a sound bar, so can't really comment on that aspect, although together with the amazing picture we have a theater-like experience. Lots of adjustments can be made to tweak the picture to your liking, I especially like the dynamic setting to brighten the screen in daytime or when the program is dark. It's a little difficult to get accurate flesh tones on all programs though. Colors are vivid and true, images are so sharp. Love it! We bought this commercial TV for residential use because we specifically wanted a high-quality, non-smart TV for the master bedroom. It's too bad that there are so few non-smart televisions now, although you can just elect not to connect a smart TV to the internet I imagine. We don't want to take the risk though. This model Samsung comes with a standard three year warranty, although it was difficult to determine the actual warranty period because of conflicting paperwork in the box and on Samsung.com. After several calls (annoying), we finally verified the three year coverage period. The remote should be larger with more space between the buttons, and Samsung please start backlighting all of your remotes! We mounted the TV to a rotating stand, otherwise it comes with those standard flimsy legs. It would be nice if TV's came on rotating pedestal stands like they used to. Not everyone wants to wall mount their televisions. It's been in service two weeks, and we are enjoying it very much so far, no problems. Cannot comment on any of the commercial features because we don't use them, apparently there's a YouTube app but we aren't connecting to the internet as we have a cable box. If you are in the market for a non-smart TV, I recommend this one.

The picture quality @ 4k - 60hz/p + Plus is fantastic. We've got a 55" 120hz samsung qled we paid $2400 for, n tbh neither of us can't tell the difference between the two. It flat out rocks with roku + Actual legit 4k content and bitrates + using the below HDMI cable. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07B9N9PX5/ The video options are more than enough in the menu and there's plenty of brightness adjustments via gamma etc. The stock speakers are pretty solid too, ran them for a week or so with no issues. Tho I'm now using the spdif into a surround system and it's effing Crisp n amazing.

UPDATE Sept. 3, 2021: they sent a second display it won't load the business TV app at all (it shows a blank/black screen when you select business TV from the remote). It is even worse than the first TV. We have spent hours with their customer support, who is useless. They never even tried to offer solutions for the black screen. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. We are a small organization. We have spent months trying to get this to work and now can't get a refund. This display is advertised to work with the accompanying Samsung Business TV app for iOS and Android. This app is supposed to allow you to create and edit content for your new Samsung display and the "push" that content to the display. THIS IS WHY WE BOUGHT THIS MODEL FOR OUR ORGANIZATION. The "add content" button DOES NOT WORK. You have to push it repeatedly and *maybe* after ten, or 15, or 25 tries, it will open so you can add content. We have tried both iphone and android with the same disappointing results. Actually, on my android it won't open at all not will any of the templates that come with the app. Once you finally create content and load onto the Samsung display, you can't delete it from the display. So when you update your content in the app and try to push the new version, you get a message on the tv that the storage on the TV is full. But nowhere on the Samsung business display is there any way to see what items are stored, let alone remove them. So now we have old content that needs to be replaced and we can't replace it. Our organization has spent more than six hours with Samsung tech support, only to be told "we can't help you," or "the app isn't really ready yet." We paid for your business display specifically because of this app and you took our money and now are not providing the service we paid for. We will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau as well. But anyone here: buyer beware. Their business displays that advertise the ability to use this app to create, edit and ultimately display CANNOT use this app with the consistency and ease that businesses and organizations require.

Setting this thing up was a breeze. Stick the legs on, power it up. Stick the batteries in the remote. Pick English. Skip network. Skip TV signal. Plug in my devices, and adjust a couple of picture settings. Everything was done, and I now have a tv that starts up in a flash directly into whatever I have plugged into the HDMI with none of the smart TV bloat and phoning home. Gorgeous. Audio quality is perfectly acceptable, but highs and lows leave a bit to be desired (you'd be getting a sound system if you cared about this).

I use this tv as a computer moniter it's on for 16hrs a day and hasn't let me down. I run 4k games with a nvidia 3060ti video card and it's smooth as can be. maybe there are better refresh rates but this is a great value for the money. It also is dumb but has youtube app built in and you can plug in other devices to make it smart, ie i use a smart 4k blue ray player for hulu, netflix, prime, and a few other streaming services plus youtube and it works like a charm.

I have always wanted to buy a UHD TV, but thought it would be too expensive or non friendly to my older items; DVDs etc. I purchased this one because it was somewhat cheaper than I expected and mostly because they apparently no longer make 50" regular TVs. That being said, the TV arrived on time. It was easy to assemble and when I plugged in my new 4K Fire TV Stick it was amazing to look at. The picture quality is breathtaking. I haven't watched any DVDs yet, but overall the streaming services I have are making me enjoy TV quality all the more. If you are looking to buy a new TV, I recommend this one to you.

I actually tried to buy this at Best Buy (same price). They would only sell it to me under a business acct. (seriously) It is primarily advertised for business use for signage. They don't need the bells and whistles that come with a smart-TV for that kind of use. I guess they figure a majority of folks would not have an interest in a non-smart TV. Picture quality is great, I swear, the TV shows now look so fake with the increased viewing resolution. Sound is adequate. I bought a metal stand to place it on rather then depend on those cheap plastic stands most of the new TV's come with. Piece of mind with animals in the house.

I bought this TV but it appears it’s a “business tv” even though I don’t have a business??? The tv doesn’t have the regular functions a regular Samsung smart tv has - specifically it does not allow you to download apps on the tv. Hence, it has very limited viewing capabilities. In essence this tv was a waste of money and the seller should have clearly indicated this. If the tv is only to be used by a business why is it selling on amazon for regular consumers ???
