Happy with the ease of applying and protection
We put a concrete top on our outdoor kitchen and used this product to protect and provide a nice finish

Doesn't prevent staining.
It did make the surface smoother/softer... but it doesn't seem to prevent stains.Note: Used on white Terrazzo kitchen counter tops.
