My go-to pen as a Nurse.
I’ve been using this product for years, perfect for professional settings or everyday use.The writing experience is where this pen truly shines. The ink flows smoothly and evenly, creating crisp lines with every stroke. Whether I'm jotting down quick notes or writing lengthy paragraphs, this pen delivers consistent performance without any skips or smudges.Another standout feature is its durability. The tip remains firm and precise. It feels sturdy in my hand, yet surprisingly lightweight, making it comfortable to use for extended periods.Overall, I couldn't be happier with this ballpoint pen. It combines reliability, and comfort, making it a must-have for anyone who values quality writing instruments.

Best pens I've used
I used to be solely a ballpoint person, but work started providing these and I got hooked. Prior to this, my favorite was the InkJoy ballpoint. The Pilot G2--specifically this 0.38 mm size--is now my favorite pen. I journal and write poetry by hand and my issue with gel pens in the past is that they would run and bleed through the pager. At work, in order to prevent bleedthrough, I used to never write on the back of a page if I was using a gel pen. These work fine on both sides.Another thing I love about these pens is that I can fit corrections between lines or add little notes in the margins because the tip is so fine. Also, if I have something to sketch in my journal, or doodle when I'm in a meeting, these G2 pens are fine enough to keep me engaged. The only problem I have with these is printing the tiny labels I put on the ones I buy for myself so that I don't use them up at work!

Precise Writing!
I have been using these pens for about 3 years. They last forever, always write, and allow one to write very precisely and enable me to put a lot of information into small boxes. I like this Pilot G-2 .38 so much I ordered another box and refills and removed ALL other pens from my desk and admin supplies.

Long lasting smooth writing pen
This is the only pen I use. I like how smooth the pen glides on paper. The line it makes really is ultra fine. The ink lasts a long time. Also, I never had one of these pens leak or blotch. Far as I’m concerned this is the ONLY pen out there me.

A Little Expensive but Worth It.
These pens are pricier than I would normally buy (still cheaper on amazon then they would ever be in the store), but they write incredibly well and feel great. My only complaint is that the ink runs out relatively quickly compared to some other pens but again, the quality is worth it in my opinion.

Narrow point, fast-drying, no bleed-through
Many people are familiar with the Pilot G2 line. These are ultra fine point (0.38mm). They rarely feel scratchy (a common issue if you go much narrower) and let you cram a little more writing into a small space. I am a physician and use them to write notes, to-dos, labs, vitals, and so forth on patient lists. I use the black pens all day, then switch to red for days-end notes to distinguish it from information recorded earlier in the day (e.g. AM vs PM vitals, AM vs PM I/Os, new imaging results, and so forth). I originally used a bog-standard ballpoint pen (like BIC Crystal) but found the lines much too wide given the restricted space in each patient line. These do the trick nicely. They write consistently and evenly, and the ink dries pretty much instantly. I've never encountered smearing or bleeding of the ink (unless it gets wet — see below). In short, the red G2 0.38mm is my go-to closer pen.Only cons:-Odd tendency to stop writing if they're dropped at all when ink level is at ~1/5 or lower mark. This has happened to me multiple times, and I've never been able to get the pen to recover. I just move on to the next one in the box.-The ink is a gel and does bleed if you get it wet. This happens to me not infrequently because I have to use hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting patient rooms. Any gel that falls onto the writing = smearing and bleeding.-Rare scratchiness.-There are cheaper pens out there, if you don't need the ultra-fine point. Those are pretty minor issues. Still highly recommended and will buy again once my current stock runs out.
