Love this meal replacement! Add some yogurt with probiotics and some frozen fruit, chia seeds and water put into the blender and serve delicious

I wanted a protein powder that didn't have a lot of sugar or carb's in it. I also did not want artificial sweetners. This is the best I've found. Like most protein powders, it's hard to swallow just mixed in a liquid; however, it works fine in a fruit/veggie 'shake'. I add the powder to hot water to help dissolve it, then add banana, frozen fruits, kale & milk to fill the blender. That gives me two large drinks ( I only get 1/2 of a serving of the powder at a time, but it's easier for me to swallow it this way).

I've been using this product for almost 20 years. I started out making coffee shakes for breakfast. The fact that I can change the flavor and add anything I want is perfect. That flexibility made it easy for me to stick with a change in diet. That change in diet and other changes in lifestyle are how I was able to loose more than 75lbs. Hate to admit I was up that high. Grateful to say I brought it down over time and have stuck it.

Use it every morning in my smoothie. Best powder ever. Love it

I've been using this protein powder for years and have yet to find one I like better. It has no particular flavor but rather takes on the flavor of what you mix it with. I don't recommend mixing it with just water and would use a flavored powder for that. I mix it with juice and fruit. Where many products are watery when mixed, this product comes out thick and creamy. Each scoop offers 16 mg of protein, a ton of vitamins and minerals at only 70 calories.

I have always loved this energy powder! It is one of the few unflavored powders that also have lots of vitamins. Easy to mix with any flavors you want! I’ll be buying again!

I am a long-time user of this product and, because my local health products store is closed due to the coronavirus pandemic, it was very convenient to purchase it through Amazon. It has a pleasant flavor and mixes in well with my morning nutrition drink (I use a blender). The recent price increase was an unwelcome surprise, however.

I use this powder for a breakfast smoothie and have done so for years. Tastes great, low in calories and keeps my blood sugar level runnng smooth until lunchtime. I really like this meal replacement. I prefer the vanilla flavor and I can add some sweetener when needed. I add a banana, frozen fruit and sometimes frozen veggies.
