Ok video, losses connection a lot, very poor audio.
Ok quality video, keeps losing connection and everyone in a while will lose the network and make a loud beeping noise and wake up the baby. I have had to reset and reshare the settings many times. Audio and speaking through the monitor is very poor.

The product is very good but need some improvements
The product is very good but need some improvements: the sound detection is too sensitive and due to it practically useless. The movement detector also needs be more elaborated. Nevertheless it is a good baby monitor.

Not ready for prime time
On paper this product sounds amazing, however, in actuality it is very buggy and doesn't work as well as advertised. The setup is not that difficult, however, the network doesn't work about 30% of the time (not my home network or 4G network, the iBaby network). The pan feature is not the full range as advertised. I would say the up/down range is about 50 degrees, and the rotate is about 270 degrees. The listening microphone has a constant buzzing sound. The sensitivity of the alarms goes off when a fly comes into the room. The video quality is not great given the price. All around not a great product and for the price, it is a very bad value proposition. They need to go back to the drawing board on this one. This is the ONLY thing I have ever returned on Amazon because it was a cruddy product.

Best video monitor
Grandparents love this to be able to look at kiddo. I bought a sound monitor too to be safe based on other reviews in case a baby sitter didn't have a smartphone, but works well. Sometes the sound alarm goes off when there is no noise but not usually a problem. Just beware though that if you set on the sound or motion alarm that it will notify all devices its installed on so gramps phone will make noise of you turn it on and baby screams.

pros: it works (so far, have had it short period of time) and decent picturecons: little glitchy, expensive, virtually no instructions, 0% tech/other support, and most problematic - appears to only interface with apple software.

Not as good as i would have liked
initial setup was confusing as there are 2 apps for the ibaby products. after going back and forth with the support team for over a week i discovered that the app i was trying to connect to was for the old M3, not the M3S.the setup was very simple once the correct app used.Prosrotatable camerafairly simple app to usecan store images onlinethe night mode produces a decent imageCons:there is only an iphone app (as opposed to a high definition ipad app), meaning viewing this on the ipad is simply doubling the size of the window which impacts the quality of the picture.adding additional users seems to crash the appthe app constantly crashes and you have to monitor the monitor to ensure it is workingthe sound alerts are too sensitivethe sound quality is poorthe image quality is poor (the camera may capture higher resolution, but the presentation in the app is very poor)you HAVE to view the monitor via an IOS device, there is no andriod app and you can not browse to a web site to view the monitorthis is the 2nd monitor i have purchased, i liked the idea of haveing a wifi connected monitor as my walls are very think and the standard monitors did not work. i also liked the fact that i could view the monitor remotely, however this is limited to IOS devices so only my wife can do this.overall it is an ok product, lots of room for improvement and i am sure there are better monitors out there.

Great monitor - and they sent me flowers
I had a previous model and it was more difficult to set up and I ran into problems with it not working a few times. I thought the M3s was very easy to setup and I have had it close to a year and rarely have any issues.Customer service - any time I had issues with the older model - customer service was great. Of course they want you to do certain troubleshooting steps but they replaced my monitor on 2 different occasions - the 2nd time was with the M3s. I only had a problem one time with the M3s and it was due to some problem on their end - it was only one night and then it worked fine. I did email them that night after I tried rebooting it and connecting to my computer. They sent me flower from proflowers.com to apologize. I have to say I was very surprised!! They have always had good customer service but what kind of company sends you flowers?! I don't really care about flowers but my wife liked them and I was pretty impressed. Now I will wait for flowers next time Comcast goes down - yeah right.

If monitoring your kid is important to you, Don't buy this!
I have never written a review on Amazon and have purchased 100s of items with my prime account. This item is so bad that I had to let people know.My wife bought this months before our baby was born. We are just now at a stage to start using it. She bought it because we have iphones and an ipad but I am a Windows guy mainly. Here are a few complaints I have and it's only been two days. We can't return it because it was purchased months ago.1. Basic setup is easy. Wireless setup is easy but wifi receiver can barely pick up a signal so do the setup close to router.2. Iphone and ipad app are ok. Picture is not nearly as high quality as I was hoping.3. Its prob an ok monitor if your router is very close to the camera and you don't use your phone for anything other than a display. I use my phone at home and would love to see a windows app.4. Don't call to for assistance because you will never get it.5. The thing is the size of an old 7/11 camera that watched the register. It's not a camera that you could travel with or want to move room to room.Maybe I haven't looked hard enough to try and find the answers but I don't want the answers. I want to throw it in the garbage.
