Works like a charm!

Very sturdy bar, can adjust in multiple positions. Does not take up any space at all. Supports my weight of 308 lbs. Bought basically to do pull ups and chin ups inside the house without taking up a lot of space like a tower. And it is more secure than those p90x pull up bars you lay over the top of the door frame.But the assembly instructions leave out some key steps. And the right side of the sliding bar catches when you go past the half way point.Hopefully they add some more Speedfit videos on Youtube or their website.
