Great product for basic backaches but not very well suited for scoliosis - at least not my area of pain - but it was also not advertised for scoliosis conditions.

Third one you say? What's so great about that? Well, this is over a period of many years. It is mainly elastic so it wears out over time. It is my go to brace. Got my sister one and my in-laws and they also like it. I have had back issues forever so from time to time, if I injur it, this goes on right away to help stabilize and bring some relief. It is thin enough that you can wear it under a shirt or jacket and on cool mornings, it helps keep my back muscles warm when I get started on house repairs. Comfortable enough that I have driven with it on or slept in it when I am having pain. It is always on the ready and I will certainly buy another since it is pretty affordable.

I use this when hauling heavy loads around the farm, but the back really could be stiffer, and it's somewhat uncomfortable around the front. Not sure that it eliminates all post-work back ache. Still have to take hot baths and meds in the evening to help with back pain.

I researched for an hour and I'm happy to report this is nothing short a miracle for me!I pulled a muscle/ligament in my lower back, just above my hip near my waist.ANY motion was excruciating, the pain taking my breath away. I was stuck in bed, with ice and meds: immobile. I couldn't do anything...until I put this brace on!The first thing that impressed me was how lightweight, airy and thin this is. No bulky straps or buckles. Comfortable support, wide yet flexible. Super easy to put on as the entire closure is made of one piece velcro - making adjusting fast and easy. There are two elastic/stretchy horizontal side supports that allow you to tighten, cinch and add pressure to support injured muscles and ligaments. I especially like the ability to tighten just one side if needed.The vertical boning/supports are located strategically in the back so there is no pinching when bending sideways and forward. They kept the boning away from the middle of the back and added xtra flexible padding to keep the spine from being compressed. There are flat rubbery grips on the inside which keep the support from moving around.I put this on soon as it was delivered and I'm not kidding - I wore it for 15 hours straight and my pain was virtually gone the entire time wearing it. I was able to do a workout, stationary bike, errands, cooking etc and no meds! I wore it under my clothing while out and over clothing at home. It looks like a workout belt so wearing It on the outside isn't distracting. It's so comfortable I didn't think about it much, but I'm so thankful to get my mobility back and start healing fast. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

This is my second of the same model. I wear it everyday. I needed a backup, so I can wash one.I live with a disk protrusion, very painful.This brace works great, both as protection from further injury, and as pain relief.This is the most comfortable brace I have found that provides enough support, yet I can wear all day.
