Did not meet expectations
The frame and swivel assembly are heavy duty, but that is all I’m going to be positive about. Turning the sheave buy hand it would intermittently catch. There was also a lot of wobble with the sheave. I removed the bolt to evaluate and found a sizable burr on one end of the sheave bushing that I filed off. That problem solved. The sheave wobble will always be there because the sheave bushing does not fit snugly and the bolt thru the bushing does not fit snugly. However, I think I can place washers between “yoke” and sheave to reduce some of the wobble. Cable speed for my use with a hand winch will be very low and not that frequent so it will still work. If your application requires regular and/or higher speed use, I recommend looking at other products.

Considering I had purchased this for a project that needed to be done this weekend, and knowing that I have the utmost respect for Amazon and what they do, AND the fact that I have NEVER ran into an issue like this in the past...I must say that I am more than disappointed.The center pin retainer should have bent around the pin all the way, just like any other pin that ships from a manufacturer.I can understand that part, but the track that the cable runs in...holy molly.Although I took care of the problem with a little grinder that I had in the shed, a customer shouldn't have had to undertake such responsibility. I should have called them up and asked for part of their paycheck, since I did part of their work for them.I'm normally a level headed guy, but this was supposed to be able to lift 2 tons right out of the box. How can a customer expect that from what I just seen come through the mail?

Very Sturdy and Easy to Install
Products came exactly as advertised and performs great. A little grease/oil on the swivel will help it swivel easier.

Worth the price for sure
As advertised. Fully functional. I own 12. No issues so far. Quality construction. Ive only lifted 3000 lbs with them, but no wear or fatigue.

Great product
These worked great!! I used them to replace some bad pullys a 3500lb. boat lift! Installed 2 months ago and no problems!! Seem to be very well built!
