Meh
Though I love that this is a natural balm, the one I have from the US is galaxies better than this one in terms of texture and application. The one from there is soft to the touch, just swipe and apply and I swear by its efficacy. This one takes ages to melt and application is also patchy and messy. Good intentions, not so great implementation.

Worth the price
It’s pretty good I mean really good.. rashes disappear instantly that I doubt it has hidden steroids in it..

Careful
We used this balm only once on our baby, and within a few hours noticed clear redness and irritation in the areas where it was applied, especially in skin folds. We stopped using it immediately and switched back to our usual plain barrier ointment, after which the skin started calming down. This didn’t seem like a diaper rash but more like a skin reaction. While the product is marketed as organic and baby-safe, it contains several oils and botanical extracts (like coconut oil, shea butter, calendula, rosemary extract), which may be too active for very sensitive baby skin, particularly in warm or covered areas. It may work well for adult skin, stretch marks, or nipple care, but I’d strongly recommend that parents patch test very carefully and use caution before applying it on babies. Posting this so other parents can make an informed decision.

Not cloth diaper safe
It’s good product but not cloth diaper safe - my cloth diapers specifically leaked when I used this cream
