A good suppliment fof hair growth, that actually works

Notice a difference after 2 or 3 weeks. I’ve been taking these for a year now and in my 50s .. have lovely long hair again and thick like it used to be when I was younger. My husband has now been taking this and we’ve noticed a difference too! Has a funny smell to the capsules but it’s easy enough to take with water .. would recommend

So one picture is from a small bald patch that started to form on my head, after taking these pills for a month and a half I decided to stop taking them, the only thing that happened is my farts smelt like stale popcorn and my bowel movements were runny and my hair as you can see became less not more

Tastes disgusting

Been taking a similar item but from a more expensive place, this one has the same primary ingredients as that but this item it much cheaper. Personally i have been taking supplements as over the years (late 20's here) my hair texture has been changing considerably. It is moving back in the right direction following a hair routine (oil and masks) along side supplements but it can get expensive!This item ticks all the box's on the supplement side of my routine: Marine Collagen, Horsetail Extract (7:1 , Vitamin B5, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Acerola Cherry Extract, L-Lysine, Glycine, L-Methionine, N-Acetyl-Cysteine, Zinc Citrate, Biotin, Selenium & Vitamin D3.The item itself arrives in a transparent bottle with the details around the side, there is some allergy advise, mainly made in a factory which also produces egg, nuts, shellfish, milk, soy and gluten, so something to keep in mind if you get a reaction to any of those. The bottle lid has a plastic seal on it, something important for me. On the bottom is best before label with mine showing May 2022, so plenty of shelf life. In terms of tablets, they do have a slight smell to them, but easy to easy to wash down as not overly large and no residual aftertaste. Dosage is 2 tablets a day, so the pack of 60 should get you through a month.In all for price and listed ingredients will become my staple supplement in my endeavour to get my hair back to a reasonable state.

Due to medical treatment a few years ago, my hair started to fall out in some places and thin in others.Since then I've been trying to restore it with vitamins and potions of various things. Some with good efficacy and other without.These tablets have replaced others I was taking and have all the ingredients you'd expect for something like this. I haven't noticed a night and day difference but I also haven't noticed a decline which is great.The only downside I would say to these tablets is that they stink. Yes that's right, they smell really bad! As soon as you open the tub you're hit with a smell. It's very odd.The pill them self are of a medium size and easy to swallow. They have no taste and they come well packaged. They just stink!
