Not big enough
I was looking forward to this as a present! I had asked for one based on the decent reviews and what it is intended for...both BACK and SIDE sleeping. I toss and turn during the night and am in both positions....I hate having to re-position my legs over the pillow and when I found this - which seems to be the only thing out there like it...I was thrilled. However...it's just not big enough. I'm an average size - 5'3" 140lb woman and when on my side it's not thick enough - my hips still aren't aligned and when I am on my back it doesn't get my knees high enough - AND no one has legs that lay totally straight, so when your legs go out to the side a bit they fall right off (or at least the side that isn't strapped down does! I wish they made them in a variety of sizes!

Using a pillow was easier and more effective.
I had a lot of pain in my leg. I was told by my doctor to get a knee pillow to use at night. I found this one very hard to use. It wouldn't stay in position and was hard to put together. I may not have put it together correctly to be honest. Using a pillow was easier and more effective.

convenient
I've been having back trouble & trying to use a regular pillow between my knees as my chiropractor suggested. This one is great because it stays with me as I toss & turn. I did have to tape over the edges of the velcro as it was pulling up on me almost immediately, but still think it was worth it.

This shape is awesome for a side sleeper!
Great for a side sleeper to keep my hips aligned. Decreases hip pain considerably! The unique shape of this knee pillow adds an extra bit of relief as my top leg can "melt" backwards, yet not slip out of alignment. I have several pillows of various shapes, sizes and promises of a good night's sleep. So far, this one is my favorite.

Contrived
I found the angularity of this pillow to be very inconvenient. I returned for a refund.

Poor quality control, black spots possibly mold or dirt inside the pillow cushion.
Was excited to receive this product, but was disappointed when I received it and there were black spots all over the cushion of the pillow. I was so disgusted I immediately put it back in the packaging and washed my hands!
