HOMCOM Footrest Adjustable Height & Angle 0-30 Degree for Better Posture at Office Black

Comes assembled. Sturdy. Relationship felt lightweight and thus easy to maneuver. Nice textured surface to minimise slip on placing your feet on the footrest, comfortable for barefoot or shoes. The footrest itself has rubber feet coverings to reduce slip. It has three height adjustments, and the angle of the footrest is changeable but is not lockable - I've actually found this a positive as it rests at the natural angle of the foot/ankle according to the height you've set the footrest/the height of your chair etc. For one of the cheaper options available, I'm very pleased with this product and would recommend.

This is my husband's and my own personal review of this item, and our experience. I would not recommend this item, or the seller to anyone.This is my first negative review of a product, made worse by the extremely poor customer service from the company.The item in question was not suitable, and did not meet the expectations brought about by the advertisement of the product. This to us meant that the item was not as described on the Amazon website. The item was unstable, with omni-directional movement which made it very flimsy and 'delicate'. The material seemed to be very thin plastic, and as it was to be used on a daily basis in an office environment, we felt that it would break very quickly. The instability of the item's platform, would not provide the adequate support that one would need when used for the purposes that it claims. (We have later learnt that this has happened before).We thus attempted to return the item, as unsuitable, and not as described. The company became elusive, and even tried to get us to keep it with a 10% refund on the price - what were we to do with that? We eventually had to get Amazon to help us, as the company was one of those 'third-party' ones, to no avail. In the end, we had to return the item at our own cost, believing that when we were told that we would get a full refund, that this would include the cost of return too. Do not be fooled, this was not the case.We feel bad, as we later learnt that the company is a small one, but we do not believe that this is an adequate excuse to treat a customer this poorly and badly. We have been cheated out of a 'full' refund, as the postage came to half of what the item cost in the first place. It would probably have been a lot less for the company to sort this out themselves.They now receive poor feedback as a company, as well as poor feedback for one of the items that they sell. They will lose customers as a result. And we will be putting off anyone we know who thinks of shopping their way!

I gave this to my daughter who sits at a computer for most of the day and suffers with back pain. She is pleased with it, but finds it a rather clunky, unattractive design.

Perfect for the home office. My back, shoulders and neck were much better in one day by having the correct posture. Really good quality, sturdy and worth every penny. Arrived promptly.

very solid, and adjustable

It will do the job, mostly, it's shame you can't fix it in certain position. However, after less than a month, the wheels that are helping with adjusting the height, constantly jump out. They don't hold in place and therefore the whole thing weirdly collapse. I need to put them back in place at least twice a day. So it's not such a good quality.And now less then a month in, the wheels snapped, so it's definitely not worth the buy, as won't last long.
