Excellent product. Aluminum free cooking at it's finest. Unlike other non-stick coatings, this non-stick coating continues to remain "non-stick!" It is lightweight, easy to clean, and very affordable. After buying this pan I ended up buying the complete set with matching lids. It is an incredible value.The reason why I am so excited about this pan is because I was searching for aluminum free cookware. Almost all other cookware contains aluminum in one form or another. This was a problem for me because I had thrown away all of my cookware that contained aluminum and had nothing to replace it with. I ended up buying cast iron, but really missed a good quality non-stick coating. I purchased a heavy-duty cast iron dutch oven with a ceramic "non-stick" coating. The only problem is it wasn't non-stick. Then, I did an Internet search, and behold, I found "Forged in Fire Cookware." It was exactly what I was looking for.If you feel the need to go aluminum free, then this is the cookware for you. Do what I did, buy one piece, and put it to the test. I can almost guarantee that you will see the value and buy the whole set. The matching lids are also a great value. When I purchased this cookware set I had to buy the lids separately. They are made with the same quality as the cookware. It is worth every penny.

My favorite non-stick, very easy to clean and the cooking surface doesn’t get destroyed if you decide to double up with a cooking spray like Pam’s. The heat evenly distributes and is just nice to use. It’s surprisingly more than a gimmick pan marketed as a fan product for a TV show. And at the time when I bought it felt like a steal for the price.

OK let me explain!I bought one of these pans from Walmart and my husband decided to take a metal spatula and scratched the surface. So with it being scratched and not safe to cook with we took it to the shooting range. 😁This held up to a 22 from a 100 feet and a 9mm at 100 feet. The pan held up but the sides gave under the 22.We then shot it with a 556 and 308. That stuff cut throw the pan like butter.Over all if this pan can hold up to a 9mm and a 22 at 100ft I think this pan can hold up to some hard-core cooking and not warp under the heat.By the way the non stick really dose work!

I first found these skillets at a local store we have in 2020. I bought 2 wished I'd bought more because when I went back, they were all gone. They have lasted longer than these ceramic and copper ones I've bought recently (2021). I'm still using the "FIF" ones here in 2022 and have had to throw away the copper and ceramic ones that I bought. I came to Amazon to buy more of these "FIF" skillets because I can't find them anywhere else. They didn't have the 12" in so I got couple 10". They are easy to clean, hand or dishwasher. They cook our food well and evenly on our gas stove. I have dropped and banged them around in our cabinet. We got more stuff than space and we kinda cram all pots pans together but with all that they have held up really, really well. My husband is a chef who was taught by a chef in Italy and he loves cooking with these pans over any other, aside from his casts. I was hoping to find pots but no luck. By far, these are my favorite and I will only buy these skillets for as long as they are available. I took a pic of our 2020 skillet to show how good of shape it's in and we cook almost every day. It wasn't clean as it was in dishwasher because we had cooked chicken in it last night but was mainly just showing how "not" scratched up the surface was. I added a pic of the bottom as a way to show it's age. How much use it's had. The bottom actually becomes pretty clean with a little scrubbing but I didn't for awhile for this review. Hope it helps!

Purchased when on sale for a gift. Well received and liked as a go-to pan for just about anything. Doesn't stick, good weight and balanced. Went back to order one for myself and missed the sale. Bummer. Will continue to wait to see if they go on sale again.

Non stick surface easy to clean

Love this pan, but it is really too small for family meals. Why is there not bigger sizes?

I love the pans but I used one of the plastic kitchen cooking utensils that chops and the coating is now chipped. I only use the the plastic chopper maybe 2 times and now I can't use my pan

Cannot fault this skillet. It is truly non-stick. It heats up very quickly. It feels comfortable flipping and moving around the cooktop. If larger sizes were sold on Amazon, I'd buy them all.

This fry pan is so nice. Comes clean easy with no sticking, I would recommend.
