Great to have something that doesn't require electricity.

This is a really cute juicer - if a juicer could ever be cute, which surprisingly it apparently can :) We set it up and both thought it was "adorable" - first time we were said that about a kitchen item lol! Fun bright green color and the pieces feel sturdy, nicely made, fit together well, and while there are a number of parts it isn't overall that bit or hard to store.FUNCTION (Sorbet): This shines in the sorbet department - we LOVE how it came out and it was not that hard, just a bit longer than what you may be used to with something less manual (to be expected.) Really not unreasonable though and is kind of fun too ;) You do have to keep with some kinds of fruits (berries etc) as anything too hard then frozen isn't the easiest to work through, but there is enough that will work - kiwis are really good too frozen. The consistency is just so good and really nice to have something fresh/homemade!FUNCTION: (Juice): Juicing was harder for us and (to us) just isn't worth the time/low amount that a lot of product makes - that's the nature of juicing - but with something smaller and manual it just takes a LOT of work for a little bit of juice. It still works ok, but we are not that patient :) We do sometimes use it for fresh OJ, since we are ok with smaller glasses and we know it will come out well. So for that it's good but I wouldn't expect to do a large amount or anything quickly for this function.Cleaning: We have hand washed so far and it's very easy - cleans up quickly and thoroughly. Running water has gotten all little parts and gunk out with minimal work and there is no picking or using a qtip or anything to try and get in crevices. Be sure to clean very well each time though or I could see how buildup could start to happen. Dishwashers safe which is great - we usually hand wash for a few uses, then put in the DW every few times if the timing is right.Overall - cute, well made item that works GREAT for sorbets etc, decent enough for small amounts of juice, and cleans up well.
