Review after 3 months use: If you like this style of towel (terry checkerboard), this is a very good towel. I love this style because it's not too thick (so it'll dry more quickly), and even though the cotton is soft, you still get some texture as you rub yourself dry. The bath towel was larger than my previous, and is effectively even larger because it doesn't have a decorative striping pattern at the ends - the whole towel is usable and absorbent, which looked weird to me at first but now I love it. After several wash/dry cycles (so any shrinkage should be shrunk) it measures 30"x54". The hand towel seems the right size, and the washcloth seems slightly small (compared to my previous set). After 4-5 wash/dry cycles it gives off only a very small amount of lint. I'd call it comparable in that sense to other towels I've owned. I wish there were more colors available. I bought "linen" because it was the lightest non-white color, and it is fine, but having a light gray, a light blue, a light green available would have been preferable. The towels have been colorfast over three months, so I didn't run into the spotty dye issue other reviewers have noted. Hopefully that was just a bad dye lot that has been corrected. I'm very happy, would buy again, though hopefully not for many years if these wear well.

I've had these towels for several weeks and have washed them on hot water, high spin every single say and they have held up well. They are much more absorbent than I assumed based on their weight (super lightweight and super thin) and feel good to use, and are VERY large which I *love*. My only issue is that they shed- a lot. The lint trap in my dryer has been full every single day from these towels. It's slowing down a bit lately, and I noticed the towels have lost a bit of their plushness, so I'm a little concerned that I have basically washed/dried the fluff out of a towel that didn't have much to begin with. However, I haven't noticed the towels absorbing less. And these towels are the best I have found- they are thin and lightweight, very large, quick to dry, yet still are fairly soft and towel-y instead of being like a scratchy thin blanket. If they maintain this quality, I wouldn't hesitate to replace ALL my towels from bathroom to linen closet to guest room to gym bag with these- absolutely no hesitation. They are hands down my favorite towels I have ever had. I just hope they hold up to daily wear and tear and laundering. Will update this review if anything changes, but for now I'm a big fan.

Great towel! I love the size, absorbency and the texture. I wanted a towel that would dry quicker hanging on the towel rack and it does. There was more lint when I washed the first few times but it seems to have eased up to a normal amount. I wish there were more colors.

As others have mentioned, there is a lot of lint in the dryer filter from these towels. I expected it to decrease with washings, but if it has, it’s not noticeable. That said, I find them very absorbent - more so than regular terry towels, and they dry very quickly when hung up after use. I like the waffled texture - it’s a modern, clean look - and the feel. Nothing irritates me more about a towel than loose threads on the edges. These towels seem very well made, with well-finished edges, and I don’t expect to see a problem. I don’t like the very limited color choices and the jury is still out on overall durability. All that lint is a concern, since I treat my things gently. I wash everything in cold water with a liquid antibacterial additive and I dry items for the minimum time needed to dry them thoroughly. At this point I am not sure I would repurchase.

So, no joke, these are the best towels that I have ever owned and I’ve been around for a long time! They are huge and the thickness is perfect. I’m not fond of super thick towels. These are mid weight. They wash well and I have experienced no problems with them shedding or pilling. Most importantly, these are the only towels I have ever owned that actually dry you instead of just pushing water around!! So far, I have purchased two sets and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to get more! They are a bit pricey, but well worth it!!

Soft and X-large perfect size. Seems durable and very well made as well. Very pleased!

The towel is a good size, absorbent and dries quickly. Soft on the skin and lightweight.

My first thought as I opened the package was that perhaps I had paid too much - Rs7,235 for a set of four towels. These are a good size - 30" by 56" - and quite absorbent with nicely stitched edges. But for the prize that I paid I expected something much softer. There was a note with the package with instructions to wash the towels before use and the note also said that after several washes the towels will soften. But when you pay Rs,1808 for each towel you expect an already softened towel. So I am disappointed.

These are really nice towels....not too thick and they dry well right from the outset. Very pleased with this purchase.
