is this adjustable? can I adjust the size and height a little shorter than the size specified? thanks

This would not be easy. The legs are each made up of two lengths of hollow square section aluminium, joined in the middle by a bolt hole on each side. There are similar holes top and bottom of the support. You would need to shorten the right four lengths and then drill through in the right four places for the bases which which are then attached. Not impossible to do but without the right gear to cut and drill the sections accurately I would not want to take it on myself.

Once the Bergolla assembled is it possible to move it from one place to another if needed ?

We have the 4m x 3m pergola and needed to move it a few feet across the patio. Myself, my wife and adult son "walked" it along . Because it is aluminium it isn't that heavy but four people would have been ideal to stop the unsupported leg dragging on the ground.

How do you tie back the canopy?

When the canopy is slid open there is a strap containing a strong magnetic button that holds that end open. It is a bit of a design oversight that when the canopy is closed there is no inbuilt fastening. Accordingly I bought a couple of velcro straps and use those to tie it up. Also in my case the patio has a slight fall to allow rainwater to run off which meant that the canopy tended to roll "downhill" so again I needed to tie it to the frame to ensure that the "fixed" end was in fact fixed and didn't chase the opening end. Probably not a problem for those with a level patio or section of decking.
