These are a very tasty snack or garnish for people.And I wouldn't worry about "mold."Mold doesn't sparkle in sunlight. These do.In fact, these are the same flowers as other brands - they're just covered in sparkling granulated sugar to make them pretty & help prevent oxidation.(That's why these are a brighter red color - closer to their fresh color - while other brands are deep red, almost brown color. Other brands undergo more oxidation.)Besides sparkling, brighter color and a sweeter flavor, the sugar coating gives these a firmer, almost brittle texture.BUT... fear not!If you prefer the more tart flavor and chewy texture of other brands, just wash off the sugar.Seriously... put it under running water for a couple of seconds and VOILA!! It tastes & chews just like the others!

Delicious in Drinks
Got these in replacement for cherries for drinks. Absolutely delicious and if you’re not too keen about the sugar, after a few minutes of 🍹 drink soaking, they are tasty, less sweet and delicious. Ours arrived in a very large plastic bag, packaging could have been better done by Amazon otherwise.

Exactly what I wanted
A long time ago I had tried these flowers while at a music hall and I loved them, this is the first place that has had them since, they're candied and sweet and my son loves them, my only complaint is they didn't last long enough ^_^

Don’t waste your money
If I could put a 0 star on it I would but will give one because it is required to submit my review. I’m a big fan of this flowers and have eaten them and drank them in all sorts of ways and let me tell you...this was the worst hibiscus flower snack I have ever had, it tasted like the juices of flowers were sucked out of them before they we’re candied, it was pure sugar didn’t even taste like hibiscus. In my pics I show you the difference between this hibiscus snacks and my fav that I always buy by another brand, the color should tell you all. Don’t waste your money

Not was I was expecting
Chewy, waxy and over the top sweet! The unfortunately had to be thrown away. I wasn’t able to exchange or return. Just NO!

A tasty treat on its own, or on top of cakes, etc
Quick shipping, and they taste fantastic. These would make great edible toppers for cupcakes, cakes, cheesecake, etc...but are equally tasty on their own. I definitely went overboard though on how many pounds I bought, as the more pounds you buy, the lower the cost per pound. I'll definitely be giving some away, while still eating most of them myself lol
