Just go ahead and purchase - essential for women’s health
Use this before bed and ever since I was consistently taking this supplement my periods were very normal and experienced pretty precise ovulation windows. Definitely recommend if you have insulin resistance.

Got my cycle back
After being diagnosed with lean PCOS, I’ve been on the hunt for a supplement that would actually support my cycle and give me results. I was skeptical about inositol but can proudly say after a month of consistently using this product my last two cycles have been REGULAR and I ovulated ON TIME confirmed by a positive lh strip! I’ve done all the lifestyle habits to support my cycle with no luck and this was the one product that gave me a regular cycle back. I haven’t noticed any symptoms or other benefits from inositol but getting my cycle back was the only thing I wanted.

I have taken this for roughly a year. Maybe a little longer. I have PCOS and endometriosis. When I first started taking it, I lost 10 pounds within a month or so. I really don’t know if it’s doing anything or not but I’ve continued taking them daily. There have been no side effects and the pills are easy to swallow.
