Our 5-year old loves this
Bought this for our 5-year old for Christmas, and she plays with it multiple times a week. The lights are great, there are songs and games (like musical statues and tongue twisters) to play, plus all the making beats/patterns etc. Microphone isn't very loud, plus you get some feedback if you have the mic stand too low, but it's a fun toy for kids.

Fun but room for improvement
Fun product with many DJ mixing options. Only downside as per other comments are that I wish it would go louder or be able to plug into an external speaker but this doesn’t seem possible. You can connect an external device for music playing a karaoke version on the device with the words but will only fit a small tablet or phone on the stand. Larger ipads will fall off. Disco lights are fun. The built in music for the singalong doesn’t show the words on the screen but need to be read from the instruction manual which could have been better. Wouldn’t take much to put on the screen. My 6 yr old likes it.

Overpriced rubbish
Really disappointing. My 6 year old was so excited for this but it really doesn’t do much at all. The input for the external audio is broken so she can’t use that functionality. The lights are cool but that’s about it.

As appealing as it may seem and as great as the quality, the sound is actually too low to be audible even if you were screaming, even if you stick the mic to your lips, you can barely hear anything
