I have tried many facial cleansers. I have sensitive skin and have been searching for facial cleansers that meet EWG highest standards for clean products as I find those products to not irritate my skin. Many facial cleansers that are clean of harsh products I have found maybe leave your skin moisturized but don’t get the dirt off or vice versa. But this cleanser does it all. It has a light scent which is lovely but actually takes the day off and leaves skin feeling moisturized and not dried out. I have also used the night cream which has done well on my skin and kept my face moisturized and never dried out, flaky, red or irritated. These products are a must have in my household and a go to for me.

This is great for sensitive skin, no fragrance, organic, and last a long time. I use it twice a day.

I have been using Block Island Organics products for a few years now and I have to say, their facial cleanser is simply the best! It is perfect for the end of the shower or after I shave my face. Turn the water cold, push out 2-3 squirts and rub it in with your fingertips on the face and neck area and then rinse with the cold water. When I do all that my face feels so refreshed and clean and ready for the day. I love how I can read and pronounce all the ingredients! There is also no harsh chemical fragrances which is huge for me. My mother and sister tried it out on a whim on my last bottle and now in my most recent order I got three bottles, one for each of us! It's that good. I would highly recommend for anyone who is searching for a nice, natural product that isn't full of junk, just the good stuff.

I was concerned when this product arrived with no safety seal to protect from meddling. Returned it and had a replacement shipped. Same thing. So I reached out to the manufacturer directly who immediately responded and explained that they send them directly to Amazon who seals them in plastic bags. The point is a) don't be surprised by lack of a seal and b) I was impressed with the maker's quick and thorough response to me.The product itself is good. I've been using for about 2.5 months. It does not dry out my skin, a problem I've had with other facial cleansers, and it does not seem to cause acne (I have acne-prone skin even in my 40s). It has very little scent which I appreciate, it does a good job getting my eye makeup off, and it suds up decently.It's a little pricey for such a small bottle, but I generally can get a full face cleaning (makeup included) with one pump.

Started using this product in early 2021 and am ecstatic that I've finally found something that actually cleans my skin without causing any irritation. I have used it daily and each time with the same result. My skin is left feeling and looking clean/smooth, free of any product residue and without any red hot spots. I am happy about the price, as well. The bottle seems to last forever, one squirt and my face and neck get the care needed. I haven't found any cleanser that comes close to this one.

I have combination oily/dry skin, more oily in the "T" zone, and have had a hard time finding a cleanser that has worked. I am extremely happy with this product. My skin has started to change for the better, a little over a month after using it. Stress and certain foods still negatively affect my skin, so this product doesn't eliminate all skin issues. I use this product with Amara Organics Vitamin C Serum, and my skin is so much healthier.Only issue: takes a little bit longer to rinse all the product off of your face. One wash won't get it all off, so expect to spend a wee bit longer at the sink than normal. Other than that, it's my favorite product. I won't use anything else!Edit update: Still in love with this product as my cleanser! I still love the Amara product, but have now gravitated to the SOCO Botanicals Oil face serum! The combination for me is amazing. You’ll love this cleanser!

I started using this product along with the night cream a couple of years ago before it was on Amazon. I found that it was very gentle on my skin (unfortunately I have very sensitive facial skin and any “anti aging product burns) and my face feels very clean and soft when I was each morning and evening. I also highly recommend the night cream as it compliments this product so well. Again very gentle, all natural and leaves skin soft and refreshed.Pricing for quality of products, I find to be extremely competitive than mall skin/beauty stores. Biggest ease for me is the ability to order on Amazon and receive in two days. It’s a family owned company which I always try to support and any email questions to them are answered promptly!

I am a fan of Block Island Organics. Finding truly chemical free products are so difficult. I have always wanted to find chemical free products that don't compromise on the function. And is reasonably priced. I bought the Night Cream and Facial Cleanser on a friend's recommendation. She knew I was having a hard time trying to find good products. And I was pleasantly surprised that both the cleanser and night cream met my needs! See my review for the Night Cream. As far as the cleanser, this stuff really works! It even washes off my Bobbi Brown eyeliner! I am so lazy to use a separate makeup remover. I tried this and it took off my tinted moisturizer and eyeliner, which are the 2 makeup items I typically wear. For days that I pile on the makeup, I still need to use a separate makeup remover but that is a given!
