Omg, this baking mix is soooo good! Easy to mix up, baked perfectly and tastes divine! The muffins are moist and flavorful. The spices in the mix are a bit more like gingerbread than pumpkin loaf, but that's alright with us. We subsituted applesauce for the oil and they still turned out great. We also used a toaster oven, followed the directions exactly, baked for the minimal time (15 min). The best part (besides the yumminess) is no digestive issues since they are gluten free, and not too high in carbs. Just bought a few more boxes, well worth it!

Sooo good! These are a treat! Easy to make, delicious! I add a couple choc morsels and crushed walnuts or a walnut on top if I make muffins. They’re never dry, never dull and worth it.

Easy to follow instructions, the mix was easy to make, the baked texture is a bit crumbly. I'm going to try adding a bit of actual pumpkin puree to the next batch to see if that helps it stay together a bit better. The flavor is great as is, but it would be better if it didn't just fall apart into crumbs. I'd call it a win as everyone in the house liked the muffins and they are gluten free which is a must with 2 members of the household that can't eat gluten.

LOVE this mix! It is such a great option if you don't want to make homemade banana bread. If you want to take this boxed mix to the next level, use buttermilk instead of water and add a tsp of vanilla extract. Gives the bread a much nicer texture and flavor.

Absolutely delicious. Added overripe banana and walnuts. and a little extra cinnamon. Decreased the water to 1/4 cup. Finally able to eat without guilt. Love the clean, healthy ingredients. This is a breakfast must have in my house.

I used to like these muffins but there has always been something strange about the after taste. It might be due to the baking soda, the arrowroot or the coconut sugar. I’ve now had to throw them out after baking as no-one likes them.
