Durable Light that Handles the Rain
This light has exceeded my expectations. The build quality feels solid and durable. One big plus is the long cord—it allowed me to position the solar panel far enough from the light to get optimal sunlight for charging. The brightness is impressive, not a warm yellow glow, but more of a daylight glow, and it lasted all night (around 10 hours). I live in the Seattle area, where sunlight is limited and rain is constant, yet the panel charged well even with minimal sun and handled the rain without issue. I’ve been using it nightly for a few months now, and it continues to perform reliably. If you need a dependable solar light, I highly recommend this one!

IT'S PERFECT!
Okay, I’ll admit the title might sound like an exaggeration—but honestly, this product has truly impressed me in all the right ways. Of course, no product is perfect for everyone, but for me, this one checks all the boxes. First of all, it stays on all night, which is exactly what I needed. Right now, we’re in the long summer days of July, so I can’t speak for winter performance just yet—but so far, so good! Second, the brightness is just right for my porch and front lawn. If you’re looking for something that’ll light up your entire block like a stadium, this isn’t it. But I got the warm light version, and it gives off the most relaxing, nostalgic glow. It actually reminds me of those cozy nights from the ’90s when I was a kid. There’s a comforting charm to it that’s hard to put into words. In terms of price, it’s not the cheapest option, but it’s also not the most expensive. It sits right in the sweet spot. Would I love it if it were cheaper? Of course—who wouldn’t want everything to be more affordable? But for the quality this product brings, I genuinely think it’s worth it. Overall, I highly recommend it. If you’re after a soft, reliable, all-night light with a nostalgic feel, this might be exactly what you’re looking for.

Decent For The Cost
Works well and provides ample light, but does not really last all night. And I live in South Texas in a very dry sunny climate.

Worth the hype. Best solution I've used yet.
Tested for a week so far. The light output and longevity of this "dusk to dawn" light is stellar and the best I've experienced so far. I've gone through prior solutions like a box of tissue. This light is very strong throughout the night, when I checked at 4am, the light was slightly lower, but still illuminated the entire ground and structure I focused on. The color temperature is a nice "warm" color and doesn't look like pale blue-white "LED" type light, and compliments uplighting of trees and other curbside structures. They also blend in well with conventional lighting. LONG cord included! It's also detachable for cord running convenience. The cord was TOO long for my needs, but will definitely serve as an excellent landscaping solution where you can hide the solar panel out of the way. The solar mount and the light itself fastens to a surface via a one pole double screw mount. No in-ground spikes are included. The pole is plastic, and pivots on one plane, controlled with a friction mount plastic knob - using internal metal screw/nut hardware. For ease of installing you'll want to detach the arm and mount it to the surface with screws, before you fasten the solar panel or light to it. Opportunities to improve: 1. Competitors often include spike hardware for in-ground mounting option. It'd be great if this included a spike. 2. The rubber on-off switch cover is fiddly and easy to fat finger out of place. This doesn't seem very water resistant. (this is a common weakness for these solar lights, for what it's worth). I'd love to see a sturdier switch solution. 3. I wish the arms had a better swivel. I can only pivot it on one plane and once the feet are screwed in, your options to point the solar panel or light are limited. Using one of those old school car mount friction ball swivels would be amazing. Overall, great performance so far. Already looking to add another.

Great, the best solar light
Great light, super bright but soft white. This light illuminates a large area and the best solar light I have found.

Easy Installation
Used to light up house number on entry. The light last about 12-13 hours on a long good day with sun charging the battery. Would be nicer if the color temperature was 3500 K.

Excellent Product
This is a replacement of a similar (or same) solar light that I have had for several years. It worked perfectly until the cable connecting the solar panel to the light broke. (I suspect the breakage was due to the extreme winds we have had this spring and the fact that I did not secure the cable to keep it from flapping about in the wind.) I expect this light to last longer as I have done a better job of securing the cable. The light works very well and produces quite an amount of light. I don't know how long the battery provides power each night, but I have looked out around midnight and the light is going strong at that timel

A Dim Glow of Disappointment!!
I recently purchased the "Solar Flood Lights Outdoor Waterproof" with the hope of illuminating my backyard and driveway with efficient, eco-friendly light. What I received was a frustratingly dim, utterly unreliable product that quickly turned my illuminated dreams into a shadowy nightmare. The promise of "flood lights" is a cruel joke. These lights emit a weak, yellowish glow that can barely illuminate a small patch of grass, let alone "flood" an area. It's more akin to a faint nightlight than a powerful outdoor light. The brightness, when it's even bothering to work, is incredibly inconsistent, flickering erratically as if struggling to decide if it wants to stay on. As for "waterproof," my experience suggests otherwise. After the first moderate rain shower, one of the lights started collecting condensation on the inside of the lens, and another simply stopped working altogether. The seals feel flimsy, and the plastic housing seems destined to crack under any significant weather. It's clear that "waterproof" in this context means "might survive a light drizzle if it's feeling generous." The solar panel, though present, seems woefully inadequate. Even after a full day of direct, intense sunlight, the lights struggle to stay on for more than a couple of hours after dusk. Forget about them lasting through the night or providing any meaningful illumination during the darker, colder months. The battery life is abysmal, making them practically useless for any real security or prolonged lighting needs. Installation was simple enough, but that's only because there's so little to them. They feel cheap and lightweight, easily knocked about by wind or even a curious squirrel. The mounting hardware provided was also subpar, leading to wobbly fixtures that required my reinforcements. If you're looking for genuine, reliable outdoor illumination and durability, steer clear of these "Solar Flood Lights Outdoor Waterproof." They are a prime example of over-promising and under-delivering. Save your money and invest in a product that provides consistent light, stands up to the elements, and doesn't leave you fumbling in the dark. These are nothing more than glorified, expensive garden ornaments that occasionally emit a pathetic glimmer.
