McCormick Golden Dipt Tempura Seafood Batter Mix, 8 oz

We love to make homemade shrimp tempura and shrimp tempura sushi. This is good quality product and perfect blend to make both. Not too much batter and very flavorful. You can use on veggies as well.

Used this on haddock for the first time last month and I still remember how perfect it was in taste and texture. Just as good as at my favorite local restaurant.

This stuff is easy to use and great crunch and flavor. Little overpriced.

It has become difficult to find this product at my local grocery stores, but as long as I can find it on Amazon I will never use any other brand. I've purchased this tempura batter for more than 25+ years and it never fails me. I find that using extremely cold water (I will normally let my water sit in the freezer until very, very cold) makes an even lighter crust on my tempura food. Thank you Amazon for carrying this product so I can continue to enjoy great tempura food.
