I like that it has a wide brim to protect my neck from the sun and that you can put it in water to cool your head.

I don't like hats generally but this one was great all summer. It has nice mesh venting. I could get the interior absorbent fabric wet and it stayed cool for an hour or more, then I'd get it wet again with my water bottle, creek or lake water. I wore it hiking, kayaking and paddle boarding. It tightens nicely and didn't fall off. Makes a good gift for the person who always complains about being hot. Add a cooling neck wrap and life is good.

Make sure you have plenty of water to put on it. Pour it on the center of the inside of the hat and it does help with keeping cool and blocking the sun but you will have to wet it again frequently if it is really hot outside.

Bought for my dad who has issues with the heat, he absolutely loves it, he’s able to stay outside a lot longer now wearing it. Where before he could only do 10-15 min outside when the temps were above 85 degrees.

This is a great hat, dries quickly, is fairly cool and stays put on my head when used appropriately. Good value for the money, but I would gladly pay a little more for slightly better quality. I can tell I will wear this one out quickly.

Great for reflecting the sun, good coverage, comfortable. Use it for working outdoors-mowing, weeding, etc. Not a beach hat but very functional. One down note-this is a second one same brand and the brim is thinner so not quite as sturdy when windy or mowing among the bushes/branches.

This "really does what it says it's going to do". 2024 daughter & I attended six (6) Baseball Spring Training games of the Cactus League in the Phoenix/Mesa/Scottsdale area (HOT GAME DAYS). This hat was great, wider brim, air vents towards the top (air circulates well), light weight, sturdy, can wet down, foldable, ETC., ETC. "I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT".

My dad loved it said it worked great for mowing the grass in the heat.
