Very good book excellent pictures and information glad I added this book to my library of books

This is extremely well written (accessible yet scholarly) about a time in art and history that is inherently fascinating. The plates are good too but the paintings in reality are extraordinary.

This is the most beautiful coffee table book. One for the art lovers especially you won’t be disappointed! Such a fantastic price too!

If you like beautiful art, beautiful women, culture, history, context, back story, thinking then you will most likely enjoy this book.

Frank Zollner is brilliant. I read this book carefully and am impressed with the author. He is either a genius or incredibly hard working... most likely both. The book is detailed, comprehensive and beautiful. I learned a great deal about Botticelli and am inspired to cross the world in order to stand in front of the paintings.

Arrived on time and as described. The book is absolutely a perfect gift for my son who has taken up painting. A comprehensive look at this artists work.

A monster of a book, really big but that is why it's so good - like the previous reviewer stated, the pictures are of exceptional quality and anything smaller would have detracted from their beauty and print quality. Very informative as well. An excellent buy, especially at the sale price.

Not too bad for a catalogue of Botticelli works even though quite few nice paintings as the famous 'the outcast' appeared to be left out at some point... And the quality of majority of prints is rather poor and somewhat disappointing. Some pictures look like cheap and upscaled photocopies from another book. I would not recommend it.
