Eurocaviar - Shikran - Smoked Salmon Caviar Pearls 3.52 oz [100 g] [Premium Caviar Alternative]

I was a little concerned because it was very warm when we received it. But it was perfect. The taste had just the right amount of salt, the texture was amazing, and the color was a deep red, it was still fresh, it was a medium priced Product that’s why I chose it in the beginning all in all it was a great product for the money

Had a metallic taste. Even my cats didn’t want it so I.discarded it entirely. It does advertise returnable which I tried before opening but was denied. The roe was tiny. Not worth the money.

I placed the smoked salmon caviar pearls on cooked baby potatoes topped with sour cream spiked with gin and lemon zest. This was a tasty appetizer. The only thing I didn't like was the size of the salmon caviar pearls. They were quite small.

I just want to point out and remind people to read the label. These are not actual caviar, these are smoked, and manufactured. We put these on deviled eggs and were EXACTLY what we were looking for. Read the label, you get exactly what it states. Will be buying again!

A little fishy, but not bad for a non-refrigerated fish egg product. Definitely not up to par compared to a quality refrigerated product.

For individuals who like red salmon caviar this is an excellent quality product.

I’m partially to blame because I didn’t read the whole review, but it should have been more clear that these are not salmon roe. Also, they are dry (no pop) and way too much liquid smoke flavor. Fool me once…
