This is the best product on the market. I no longer take antidepressant since using Glycine. I usually take three in the evening before bedtime and sleep very well at night. In fact, the first time I used them, I slept well. I will be buying these pills forever. I have never been so relaxed and feel great. I would advise anyone taking antidepressant to try these wonderful pills. When I started, I just quit cold turkey taking the useless antidepressants. I never felt the antidepressant did anything for me.

I think they helped me sleep somewhat, but I can't prove it. I have chronic sleep issues and have tried lots of different things, but haven't found the "magic" cure yet.

I tried another brand from Amazon and felt this one cost less and had double the ingredient. These with melatonin, magnesium and Night Rest from Amazon help me sleep.

For me, three grams of this with a gram of magnesium before bedtime works very well for sleep. It's as good as melatonin but with none of the concerns.

I ordered this product for various reasons. I read this is protein based. It is to help the function of memory.( I do notice a difference, it has helped mine since I have been taking it.) It also helps clear the toxins out of the kidneys and liver. I usually take it at night as it has a calming effect, and helps me sleep. I do like this product.

It helped me get sleepy. I dreamt a lot. I still woke up a lot. I had to stop taking it because it seemed to make my essential tremor more jerky. But that is just me and I am an odd duck.

I took one pill at supper time, two nights in a row. I had nightmares and leg cramps, and a migraine. It could just be my body’s reaction, but these are not for me.

I think its a good product and fairly reasonable priced.
