Awesome product! We love making summer sausage and these are perfect. The fibrous casings expand and do well on a smoker or in the oven. When we run out of these we will order again.

Casings worked fine ,thought I was getting mahogany casings with venison print and got clear casings instead

Great casings for salami
I made venison salami using these casings. They were comparable to the butcher store bough salami fibrous casings. I didnt notice any unnecessary sweating during the cooking process. I will definitely buy these again.

stuffed 10 pounds of homemade summer sausage in these. They expanded a lot while in the smoking process then shriveled up in the cooling bath
