Good first impression
I just received this winder today. Reasonable build quality, discrete controls for each turntable with turns per day settings (650-1850) directional (CW, CCW, both) and off. I would have preferred the band to start lower as 650 is pretty high for the lowest setting and I'm not sure what watch needs 1850 turns per day. Possibly some older automatics require that, I'm not sure. It is completely silent. I have a hard time hearing the motors with my ear right next to it.The box is attractive and my watches look nice spinning away inside. The drawer is a nice touch to store quartz, lesser used automatic watches or other jewelry. Be aware though, this is a big honkin' box. The product description says 8.5x10x10" LxWxH. The actual dimensions are 14x10.5x10" LxWxH. That's not terrible, but it does occupy front to back of my dresser and is not what I expected. The shipping box was enormous. I wondered who sent me a mini-fridge when I found it in my hallway. This is my third winder in less than two years. The first one was a dual table Diplomat that cost (I think) $70. It was straight-up junk. It had annoying blue LED lights that you couldn't turn off and was noisy from day one. By 6 months it was stupid noisy and I didn't even want it fixed, I just threw it away. The second one was a dual table Belocia that had a leather clad stitched finish and cost $100. It was attractive, silent and the left turntable died shortly before its first birthday a couple weeks ago. Although I never registered for warranty, I contacted Belocia one year to the day of purchase for a warranty claim and they never even bothered to reply.I really hope this Heiden lasts, but I'm starting to think that maybe Wolf winders cost a small fortune because they're the only ones that don't die in short order. Time will tell. Today, I'm happy with this winder for day-one form and function. I promise to update this review if it turns out to be another disappointment.

Keeps Your Watches in Perfect Time
I got this watch winder for Father's Day, so I have had it for almost a month (give or take). The product was shipped extremely fast. It was packaged with substantial packing materials, an overpack box and even a cloth bag in which the entire unit was placed to protect the unit and its black piano gloss finish. Speaking of the finish... it's a perfect black lacquer concert piano finish. Beautiful!I love the drawers underneath the top... great to house other non-auto watches and jewelry. The winding motors are quiet and they work like "clockwork." But the proof is in the pudding. I have four watches being wound on this machine: A Rolex a couple Tags and a Breitling. Three of the four I rarely wear; The Rolex is my everyday go-to. But, all of them keep impeccable time even if I haven't worn them. I don't know this for sure, but I don't my watches have lost even a minute since they have been in this winder. It's a far cry from the Brookstone winder it replaced, which couldn't keep my watches wound in an earthquake. If I had to knock one aspect of this unit, it would be its size. It's pretty big for the top of a dresser or chest. But, it definitely showcases your beauties. In my opinion, you can't wrong with this winder... especially for the price!

Good winder, very quiet, looks nice, but TPD setting range is a little limiting
It looks very nice. It winds the watches and isn't loud. But I'm finding that the turn per day settings are a little limiting. I suppose I knew ahead of time which settings there were so it is hard to fault the product. But very few watches require more than 950 TPD, so the last two settings are largely useless, and even 950 TPD is a lot. So really for 90% of watches you will just use the 650 TPD setting.

Update: watches stopping
Update: While this winder seems to be well-made, every watch I have on it stops if it is left on the winder for between two days and a week. The four watches on the winder are: 16610 Rolex Submariner, Oris Big Crown ProPilot 41mm, 1966 Omega Seamaster and a Seiko Cocktail Time. Each watch eventually stops on this winder - the Rolex after only a few days, even at 1850 TPD. The Oris stops after about a week. The Seiko, somewhere in-between. Strangely, perhaps, the vintage Omega lasts longest, sometimes up to 10 days without winding. At first I thought it was just the Sub and that there might be something wrong with its rotor - but after wearing it for a week straight, it never stopped and kept perfect time. Then I noticed the others stopping too. My guess is that either I got a bad one, or it's a design flaw having to do with the angle of the winders. I'd be interested if anyone else has experienced this.Second update, Jan. 2021: All my self-winding mechanical watches have stopped on this thing. It's basically a display box at this point. It's really disappointing.

I dropped it because I could live with the noise (I keep it on a shelf in a closet)and it was still working fine. )
Shortly after receiving the watchwinder, one of the rear winders started making a lot of noise. It had been several months soI contacted Amazon and was told to contact Heiden, the manufacturer, not CartWheelDeal, the seller, since it would be a warranty issue at that point. After multiple calls and emails with no response from Heiden, I dropped it because I could live with the noise (I keep it on a shelf in a closet)and it was still working fine.). The loud winder finally broke and Heiden would not honor their 12 month warranty. Moreover, refusing to return the winder to me after it was submitted for warranty repair. Steer clear.

Very nice look. Works great
Very nice look. Works great. Very easy to put watches in and take out. Kinda wish it had a lock, but not a big deal.

Love it.
So much nicer in person than in the picture! My only regret is not getting a 6 watch winder vs a 4! Love it.
