A very useful and practical book
I really enjoyed this book as I felt it gave sensible, practical and easy to digest information. It is the ideal length and the exercises are straightforward to follow. I first listened to it on Audible and then purchased the Kindle version for ease/quick reference, when doing the exercises mentioned - for the 21 day challenge!. I wish I had discovered it when going through a health challenge a couple of years ago. Jacqueline

Highly recommend
Brilliant book on breathwork - Richies writing style is very accessible with the right mix of science, humour and how to. I particularly appreciate how he empowers us to start our own breathwork practice and trust our own intuition and body wisdom. Highly recommend

One of the best breathing books.
The exercises to free up the chest area are excellent. Richie has written the book in an easy style and is a real expert in his field. Highly recommended.

Health benefits simply by breathing right.
I have bought this book to help with my overall health in particular my Psoriatic Arthritis, sleep apnea and panic attacks.It reads very well. I am just at the point of trying the breathing exercises. There is also an app to go with the book with sessions of exercises with the author.So far I am impressed.

Just wow!
This book has blown my mind on the effects of how we breathe. Richie Bostock is so knowledgeable and goes into in depth practices that you can do anywhere. Really powerful and has changed my life!
