good lye

I use this to make soaps. The jars were secure yet easy to open. It did its job and as an added bonus, I had some left over and used it to unclog my drain!

You can't argue with 100% pure sodium hydroxide. It functioned as expected when using it as instructed and according to safety guidelines. Awesome quality and fair price! Will buy only this item again!

I used this for cold process soap making and it worked perfectly.

The shape and size of the particles are round and small, which for some reason causes them to 'bounce' when poured, so if its a shallow container you may have some particles fly out. Additionally, they tend to be static-y and cling to the sides of containers, both plastic and ceramic which is what ive used so far. Otherwise this product works just fine for the application of CP soapmaking.
