One of the few cheap Class T amps that has a balance control.

Pretty Cool
This little wonder drives my super-efficient 8 ohm EV speakers nicely-I'm using it in a 12v off-grid cabin situation. It has RCA L/R jacks and push-spring type speaker terminals. Sounds quite good, and has the balance control, which none of the other little amps have. The boost/cut tone controls give radical results if turned to the extreme. On/off switch is noiseless-no pop. Weighs almost nothing. You will need a 12v power source. While the jack is labeled 12v/5A (center pin pos), I used a Radio Shack car adapter I had lying around with a 3A max rating and it worked fine. A little distortion if you turn it up all the way. Since the specs from Amazon are a little vague, here's what the box says: Spkr Impedance: 4-16 ohm / Out power 20W max, 10W rms / freq response: 20-20k. So, really, it's a 10W per channel amp. It gets pretty loud. Is it loud enough for your car? Don't know. BTW now it's "currently unavailable" but search HY-2002 to find elsewhere for 10 bucks or so.

arrived DOA......not worth the cost of the time ($12 and change) to return it...I wouldn't rerccommend.

Does what it says. Be weary of the lighted ring around the volume knob
