It provides everything you need to begin your weight loss program at home if you can't make the trip to Dr. Fatakhov's weight loss clinic. Highly recommended!

Easily understandable & beneficial
This book was everything I hoped for and more. I have seen Dr. Fatakhov as a patient for years and he brought my weight down mixing natural supplements and medication. It was a gradual loss, but worth all of the time and energy.This book continued that for me. Breaking down foods, what to eat and how to eat it. It’s an easy read and extremely beneficial.With this book I have been able to be smarter about food choices and really understand nutrition.

An absolutely great book with simplified content!
What I loved the most when reading the book "Dr. Fat Off" written by Dr. Fatakhov, is the book's very simple guide how to focus on betterment of your health. As someone who strives for long and healthy lifestyle, I am always looking for ways improve my family's and my own health. When I do that I want to consult with the right experts like Dr. Fatakhov, a physician himself, who knows what they talking about it. My favorite chapters were 4, 5, and 7, because these are the things that I personally struggled for a long time. In these chapters, Dr. Fatakhov goes on to explain the important key points where I need to focus on in order to make the appropriate and healthy changes for my life. So, definitely get this book. Highly recommend!!! :)

Great book!
This book is perfect for anyone who's wanting lifestyle changes. It's written by a nutritionist and MD and written from true experience. The way he wrote this book makes it easy to read and understand. You can also find exactly what you're looking for just by looking at the index. I learned a lot that will help me as I work towards a healthier lifestyle. The best thing about this book is that you can pick it up and read/reference it at any point during your weight loss or weight maintenance. It's never too early or late to apply to get started you will not be disappointed with the results.

The real solution to weight loss!
Fad/crash diets do not work! If you want to learn how to lose weight the proper way, and keep it off long term, you must read this book! I am a health and fitness coach and this book aligns with everything I teach my clients. It is proven to provide long lasting results!
