I have been purchasing resveratrol for several years after having done research in the National Institutes of Health's National Library of Medicine. Hundreds of articles mention resveratrol's antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties as part of a therapy plan for various medical problems. Resveratrol can be found in grapes, berries, and other common foods. As with most supplements, there are guidelines for it's use in conjunction with medical advice.

This substance is advertised to improve sensitivity to insulin in T2D patients. As with other supplements, not sure if it had any positive effect, but at least did not do any harm.

Usually high purity will be white - this one is brown in color so I think it might be lower quality product
