Measure from the base of the neck to the start of the tail. You will want to measure the circumference of your pet's chest. Do this by taking a flexible tape measure and measuring the chest starting just behind the front legs and circling around to just below the base of the neck. You will want to measure the neck of your pet. Do this by taking your flexible tape measure and placing it around your pet's neck.
