Quality Product for Needed Calcium
If you need calcium, this is a good choice. This supplement is 85% powdered calcium citrate in capsules. Citrate is easy on the stomach. It does not need stomach acid to break it down so it is easily & most quickly absorbed compared to calcium carbonate. The added watercress & dandelion are natural sources of calcium & magnesium, & fiber for digestion. Parsley aids digestion which helps to absorb the calcium better. It is also a natural source of fiber. Fiber helps with constipation. Magnesium helps with the formation of bone & its density. This makes magnesium a good partner for calcium. The formula for these calcium capsules is well thought-out for good bone health without causing constipation. They are consistent & made in the USA. The capsules are large but not huge, & I have never experienced an aftertaste. I am not a doctor. Just a person who has studied the product's ingredients. They are working well for me. I hope I have helped anyone looking for a good calcium supplement & why I believe this is a good one.

Broken capsules
This review is not about the product itself but about how the capsules were handled by the manufacturer. Many of the capsules were broken, possibly inside a machine because there are nicks on many capsules allowing the product to leak out inside the bottle. Quite a mess! I assume that this was a one time problem (that has been rectified) and most likely I will order it again.
