Heats water from 38 °C to boiling. Tap works well. No leaking. Safe to leave on over a longer period of time.

Bought on behalf of the village hall to replace the old Burco that failed after many years of service. It works perfectly and will hopefully last as long or longer.

So far so good, only used it once, but used all day. Heated water quickly, kept it at correct temp. No problems.

This was purchased to replace an old water boiler that was leaking, the new one is perfect to replace the old one.

We needed to replace an old and well used Baby Burco wash boiler. Unfortunately such an item is long out of production because people just don't want it any more. Well not everyone, we wanted one. After some research and enquiry we settled on the Cygnet 20 litre Urn. The only point to observe is that this is an urn and is designed to heat water, and it is not a good idea to let clothes to have direct contact with the heated bottom of the urn, so we designed a separator plate with a dished shape and with holes just like the item in the old Burco, and we used a stainless steel dish for the job, with excellent results. We were also most impressed with the speed of turn-round of our order, and the high standard of the packaging

Easy to use not very heavy to empty water and put away. Boils water quite quickly.
