Lovely mashed with butter and pepper. Tasty root vegetable which is a perfect accompaniment to a roast dinner.

An amazing swede
General roundness 10 on 10 with the sticker giving it the appearance of a top end vegetable. Think Lexus and you’d be in the right ball park. I can’t bring myself to cook this bastion of vegetable growing but am tempted to exhibit at local country fayres. If you want a swede, then this is the best I’ve ever seeen

It's turnip or is it a swede? Up north and in Scotland it's a turnip. Down south it's a swede. Anyway it was still nice and flavoursome.
