Nice chair, a bit snug if you are like me with ‘middle age spread’ . Good back support.

It's fine, comfy enough to sit on but there is no rock feature (I should have read the description better but I stupidly assumed it was a feature every office chair had). I have the back section tilted as far back as it can go but I just find myself longing for the ability to rock back and forth, it's just not as comfortable without it. With the back section all the way forward it's at too acute an angle to be comfortable. With it all the way back I find myself arching backwards too much so again, not comfortable. In the middle I'm sat too upright to be comfy. If I leave it moving freely then leaning back and forth, I find the fabric tends to pull my t-shirt up my back. It's just not right for me. I also find the arms are a little close together for my liking. I use it for gaming sometimes and find myself shuffling all the way to the left of the seat so my right elbow sits comfortably on the arm rest. It's a good quality chair though, well made and sturdy, but I think it's aimed at a different type of customer so I probably wouldn't buy it again. I have cats who like to destroy office chairs so I'm limited to those with mesh backs (uuugh) or ones with solid plastic. Otherwise I'd just buy one of those cheap faux leather executive chairs and tip to my heart's content.

I am very pleased with this purchase; it was a bit confusing initially as I expected detailed instructions instead of the leaflet that's included but it's actually so easy to assemble that the few diagrams provided were sufficient. The screws and key are only needed for attaching the arms; there were far too many of them with different sizes but it is not too difficult to workout which ones are needed

Overpriced, very uncomfortable and not suitable for working long hours, an hour most otherwise feeling very uncomfortable - I would never purchase this chair!!!

Quality is not good, I have returned their chair still I am waiting my money back.

Easy to assemble apart from the arms that were a bit tricky as they were supplied with no instructions or suggestion as to how fit them.

It's your standard office chair really. I bought as I have been working from home recently and it was definitely an upgrade from the chair I had been using.The best thing about this chair is it gives really good lumbar support, the back is well padded and comfortable. The back rest can be adjusted up and down and forward and back.The seat itself is not as good, I've been using it for a couple of months now and I can already feel the screws underneath the padding if I'm sat down for too long.Reasonable price (£110) there are cheaper chairs out there but this one definitely gives you a good level of supportOverall I'd say buy if you want a chair for work with good back support without breaking the bank. Don't buy if you're going to be spending hours on end sat in it as you may find it uncomfortable after a while.

I cannot speak highly enough of how well I was looked after. Having owned the chair for just over 11 months I contacted the seller as the plastic bracket holding the chairs back had cracked.Without hesitation they immediately sent out a replacement which I received within 24hrs.... Truly amazing.Many thanks
