Slide Mount for VL45, VL35/45 ProS, APL35 Portable Refrigerator, Freezer Slide (Slide for VL45, VL35/45 ProS, APL35, Not for VL60 ProS)

I have the iceco jp50 fridge for my Jeep wrangler with the slide for it. Loved it. Now was I was trying to design a better way to keep my tools and camping gear organized I built out a drawer system with Milwaukee pack out gear. I wanted a slide out that could handle the weight and match my existing slider. Works great for camping with the family

This slide was most impressive. Solid design and fully functional hardware. Secured and bolted it to my truck bed and I am very impressed. A true, must have item if you have the freezer combined refridgerator.

Product arrived in good condition and worked right out of the box. Had it running for a month on 110V without any problems. I bought the slide too and it's built very well. Can't wait to use this on camping trips.

This slide is a beast and holds the 75 Qt. unit with ease. Fits on the truck with no issues mounting. I am happy that the quality is as rugged as the rest of the products. I am so impressed with this company and the service (ICECO). I will be buying again, I am sure.

I installed the slide mount prior to an 800 mile trip. during the trip some of the screws that secure the slider assy. to the mount came undone and jammed the sliders so that the rack got stuck halfway and would neither go in nor out. this took hours to disassemble minimizing damage to the slider assy. The slider assy. attaches to the mount with 8 machine screws, flat washers and castle nuts. For re-assembly I used blue thread locker on the machine screws. This unit should have come with either lock washers or thread locker on the screws. I would advise buyers to make this modification so that the unit doesn't jam in the middle of a vacation, leaving them stranded with inadequate tools for the job.

Considering how nice their fridges are, they sure skimp on the slides. It might as well be made with aluminum foil. The metal is super thin gauged and 95% of the bolts and screws were loose on arrival, some of which were missing. The lever rod that runs the length of the unit was bent as well, making the latch/unlatch function useless. I the rest of the frame was also bent out of shape and when I attempted to bend it back to a usable shape I realized just how weak this rig was. I know a lot of people want to utilize a fridge and slide combo in an off-road vehicle. Well, look elsewhere because this ICECO slide will not hold up long term. I can imagine this lasting exactly one weekend of off-road adventures before you’d have to completely service it by bending it back into shape and retightening bolts.

Installed and tested. Works well for an entry level slide. Has locking features and handles the 40qt frig very well. Recommend as a reasonably priced option.
