Excellent Product
I purchased this flour having read the positive reviews. I was a little sceptical because isn’t flour just the same as any other? I’ve used other brands of 00 flour to make pasta however I did notice a much better texture of the pasta dough. It was softer and easier to work with and produced very light tasty pasta. The only thing I used different was this product. Very pleased and will purchase again.
