Q: So I purchased the 7.5 Dunhill fir tree with 1250 white lights but received a tree with multi colored lights??.

Yep and I ordered a tree with multicolored lights and received the one with clear lights only…. So not what I wanted…. Uuugh.

Q: All the lights on three branches aren't working. Any idea why or how to fix this?

I bought my tree a few years ago and after about three years the lights start going and I replaced a few but then last year every single light went off as if a big electric surge burned them. I cut all the light and wired off the tree (too a day) and then rewired the entire tree with a few thousand lights (took a few days).

Q: How tall is the mount?

The tree comes in three separate pieces. The tree itself is 7.5 ft tall once assembled. It’s easy to put together and store in a bag. It does come a bit “scrunched” so it will take a bit of work to “fluff it up” but it’s worth it because it looks very real. Hope this helps.
