Perfect in every reapect for playing cello.
Excellent--adjustable, perfecty stable, endurable not too soft, not too hard seat & back cushions, portable. For someone as tall as I am it enables me to have perfect posture for playing cello.

This chair ROCKS!
After purchasing my first Acoustic guitar I was having trouble finding a chair in the house that allowed me a comfortable position to play without interference from chair arms, cushions, pillows etc. I tried all the chairs in the house to find one that was the right height all to no avail. The Adjustrite Folding Musicians Chair solved the problem. It has adjustable legs for height, gel like cushion and back, folds up nicely for transport and is very stout. Love it.

Get this chair!
I should have been wise enough to buy such a chair much earlier in my career as a Irish harp player. It is of good construction, easy to carry and set up, and provided that my posture is good, it supports my lower back just where I need it to. I regularly play for three hours at a time, three days a week, and this chair has made that time so much more comfortable. Get this chair!

Poor welding of the leg supports
The leg support welds broken after a year of use. The chair was nice and sat well, but once the leg welds broke it was useless. Tried to have it welded but the welder had problems with the snap locks taking too much heat and the lock also broke.

Do not buy this chair!!
I have owned two of these chairs but no more! The welds that hold the legs to the frame have failed on me on both chairs after about a year of moderate use. I am not a heavy person! The welding on these chairs is of very poor quality. Both times I was at a gig and could have fallen on my back if I had not noticed that the leg was becoming detached.I was willing to forgive it once so I bought a second. But for this price the workmanship should be much more reliable, so I'm done risking breaking my back with one of these chairs.

A GR8 CHAIR.
Repeat purchase.I bought 2 to sit at a musical instrument. The height of the instruments are not equal, which reflects on how high I need to sit.Folds flat and easily, to take on gigs and it's not real heavy. Padded for comfort.

Comfortable and well-made
My son was ready to graduate from his suzuki cello chair, finally, and this wonderful chair should take him through young adulthood. It is comfortable and adjusts for use at the piano as well (piano bench is not padded).
