We have been using this for about a month now off and on, seemed to help some but nothing miraculous. My husband had used it many times and has no adhesive sensitivity at all. Yesterday he put a piece on each of his shoulders and left it on about 2 hours and all of a sudden it started hurting. He took it off and he had bad burn marks at the edges on each shoulder and the whole area that had tape was bright red and hot. Open & extremely painful burns on the edges. He had no exposure to anything out of the ordinary to cause this and it was just at the edges on both sides that were the worst. Just be very careful using this product, we are throwing the rest of ours away so no one else ends up with these burns. Just be careful and if it starts hurting remove it gently immediately!

This tape is quite as good as KT brand tape. Love to cut my own lengths and the measurements are on the back. It does leave a little, very little bit more sticky stuff on your body BUT sudsy wash cloth solves that problem. For 1/2 the price, VERY worth it!!!!

This tape as stuck and lasted better than some other vendors tried. Will split in half and loose adhesion on the ends after a couple days.

This tape works well as it actually stays on when you run etc. It is not the strongest tension, but it has easily enough for support. Will buy again, great for the price.

Bought this brand and the KT Tape at the same time and I was surprised to find that this kinesiology tape held up 100% better than the KT Tape for a fraction of the price

Love the pink color. I use it for metatarsal bones in my feet. It stays where you stick it and easy removal.

This stuff works great for keeping patches( (estrogen) to stay on for the whole week.
