Heartland Valley G125983 Christmas Village Nativity Set, 11 Piece

Just got this nativity set yesterday and had to review it right away. I can't tell you how delighted I am with this purchase. To call this a good value is a huge understatement. The figurines are SO much better in actuality than they appear in the photo; they are really beautiful. They also have a much more realistic look than many sets. I spent a good deal of time trying to decide from among this set and several others; I almost ordered another that costs more than twice as much as this one, so happy I went with this.Two notes: First, this set is mistakenly labeled Porcelain, which it is NOT (and which I didn't want). If you look at the item description, you'll see that it shows the material as polyresin, which it is. Also, be aware that this EXACT SAME ITEM is also selling on Amazon for $55.39. (I suspect that the seller needs to correct his inventory.) Finally, there was one tiny flaw with my set: there was a tiny chip at the bottom of the cloak of one of the wise men, but it's not even noticeable. Don't give two thoughts to another set--you'll love this one.

I gave each adult child one for their home and for under the tree. I liked the quality.

Had to glue small pieces back on, SHAME, should NOT have to do that!
