KikuichiElite Carbon Steel Utility Knife, 6 inch

Just finished my first shift with this knife.. I'm pleased to say that I do not regret this purchase.The edge retention is really nice and the carbon isn't very reactive, so less rust and more time to use it wet. I can't wait to get my next kikuichi.

It is smaller then I expected, but a good knife.
