I bought this tape for my daughter and she loved it. The color pops out and is so bright. This tape really helped with her wrist and shoulder pain. It is very sticky and can handle sweat. Very functional and lasts a while. This is one of the best physicle therapy tapes I have bought. I would 100% recommend it to all athletes. One of the best Amazon products for healing muscle pain.I recently purchased this tape for my daughter, and she is absolutely thrilled with it! Amazon had this KT tape for a great price. It works very well to relieve tendonitis in my foot, providing support to relieve the stress. I have used this for years and highly recommend it. I really appreciate that one application can stay adhered for days, even with daily showers (I have to trim the tape end, as the water makes this lose adhesion).

I love kt tape and this product has great material which is soft and durable. All the aches and pains in my legs I use the kt tape. The colors, thickness and it's sticky enough to last you for a few days

Helped reduce joint clicking and discomfort from trigger finger. I use this during the day, instead of a brace. It is obvously not as thick and therefore doesn't get in the way of daily activities which is nice and convenient. I really like that once it is on you don't even know it is there, big plus. It does take a little getting use to as far as applying it. You can't stretch the "anchor parts" or if you were like me and have no idea what that means, you can't stretch the end pieces or they will not stay down. They will roll up and not stick. So don't pull on it when you get to the last inch just press down and smooth out. You also need the anchor pieces to be on the skin, not overlapping and not ending on top another piece of the tape, it will roll up if you do this. Also rubbing it, fast enough to create heat, will help make the tape stay on longer. I use a piece of the backing that gets pulled off for this purpose, it is smooth, slides over the tape easily, creates a good friction heat, and doesn't catch the edges of the tape. Something about the heat helps the adhesive stick. The tape doesn't last as long as I would have thought. Most reviews or demonstrations of this tape says it will last approximately 2 days. I get a day maximum but maybe it is because it is on my hand and gets wet a lot. I don't know because I have only used it on my hand. I got the precut and would probably get the regular roll the next time. I end up having to cut it anyway since I need two pieces. Overall this is a good substitute for a brace or for helping you with any injury really. I recommend and I will be buying this again.

I do not write product reviews but this product genuinely helped so i am going to. I had a pretty bad basketball injury that resulted in a torn muscle. It swelled like a golf ball and regular ace bandages just weren’t doing the trick, so i looked for other options. I remembered seeing others use kinesiology tape to help so i tried it out, and within 2-3 days of wearing it the swelling was almost completely gone and while wearing it i felt much less discomfort. I highly recommend this for those who are looking for alternative options to healing injuries!

I have been through countless brands of KT tape and nothing has compared to the price and durability of this tape. It is the thickest tape that I have found, and it has provided the best support. My local grocery store sells a very similar brand for an extra $10 and stays on for about 3-4 days. This brand of tape stays on my knees for about 2-3 days. That being said, I work long hours and I am very active, so the adhesive on the tape likely wears off quicker due to my activities. If you are not as active or spend time in cooler settings, I would expect that the tape may last longer for you. A small pamphlet is also provided to assist with ideal tape placement, which is what helped me discover a much better-suited placement for my needs. I highly recommend

Quality overall was good butThe edges rolled up. No way this product was lasting 5 days on my skin. I tried to sleep with it on by me the first night because I recently reinjured my knee and it bugged me all night because it started sticking to everything. And I'm trying to use it on my wrist and before the end of my shift it's coming off

Brand name for a reason! I tried a cheaper brand and you can tell the quality wasn’t as good as KT tape! It’s strong, stretchy, and sticks to the skin well. Used for my daughter Achilles tendinitis and knee hypertension, has helped her tremendously while still playing her sport, soccer! Makes training easier if you have any pain or discomfort on or off the field or exercise of choice.
