Big bang for the buck!
For years I turned to fender for replacement pickups for my project guitars but lately I've been experimenting with some less expensive alternatives. These were a great success as far as I'm concerned. I put them in a low dollar tele project and turned it into a tone machine. The neck pickup sounds full and rich with great overtones and no muddy tone, the bridge has snap and bite and the middle position is chimney very tele like. I'm always look for pickups that have that magic that inspires me to play ever lick I know just to see how great they sound, these have it. They are not as "magical as a set of fender custom shop pu's but for $39 bucks they come close.

Non working cheaply made. You get what you pay for.
First, the pickups did NOT have all the supposedly included springs and screws. After about two weeks of trying to get replacements for the missing parts, and not getting anywhere, I had to purchase pickup mounting screw/spring set from somewhere else. The only pickup that had any sound quality was the bridge pickup, the neck pickup did NOT work at all, after finally installing it. All it did was loud static hum with no sound what so ever. The wires were not making contact to the coils. and cannot be fixed. These are very cheaply made. I guess that you get what you pay for.. :(Save your money for a better set of pickups that at least includes everything it supposed to and obviously work when installed.

Great tone for your dollar
I installed the bridge pickup in a Strat/Tele hybrid. Sounds very good on its own and blends nicely with the Strat single coils.I have not yet used the neck pickup. I have no doubt it will sound very good too when Installed. There are so many pickups on the market it is hard to distinguish differences. These are midrange in price and to my ears they sound as good as any high end brand name.

Outstanding value
I installed these on a new Bullet Telecaster along with new pots, .047 Orange drop capacitor, switch, Jack and stainless steel bridge saddles and strings...Shocked the hell out of me, turned it into a little tone monster. Don't let the inexpensive price tool you, these are superb vintage Tele sounding with a little omph

Great pickup for the money.
Installed these in a beginners guitar and honestly you couldn't tell they were an off brand pickup. I wax potted the pickups and copper foil shielded the pickup and control cavities and the guitar was super quite when it came to 60 cycle hum. Nice choice for this guitar.

Good value
I bought these to replace the pickups that came in a tele kit.The difference in sound was startling. For the cost I felt this was a good value. These work real well and sound great.

Defective neck pickup
Just installed these and unfortunately I am past the return window. The neck pickup is defective. Output is very low. When switching between pickups there is a huge volume difference between the bridge and the neck pickups.
