Just what I needed
From my neighborhood, the broadcast towers are 20-25 miles away. For years, I have used a 7-foot outdoor antenna, in my attic, with good results. Over the past year, a couple of stations had gotten weaker, with frequent dropouts, or complete failure. I suppose their signals are weaker, or tall trees in the area have become more of a problem.I was recently surprised by the reception a neighbor was getting, with an indoor antenna similar to this one. I chose this antenna because the 16-foot cable would give me the best chance of success with placement, in what I would consider a marginal setting. It works!I even got to see objective evidence, as compared to the old antenna. I had the living room TV hooked to the attic antenna... bedroom TV on the indoor antenna. I can see them both at the same time. I tuned them to one of the weaker stations. I could see the dropouts on the big antenna, while this indoor antenna allowed for clean reception. (BTW, both TVs had been doing equally poorly with the weaker stations, running from the attic antenna.) I'm not saying this antenna is better than a 7-foot antenna -- properly installed outdoors. But, it's certainly better than the setup I've got.I hung the Vinovo antenna in front of the bedroom window. I used a 3-inch plastic shop clamp over the curtain rod -- like an oversized clothes pin.

for the money this is a great bargain--I have a Roku stick and that works great ...
When this works, it works really well! Incredibly clear picture on my HDTV, and all I had to do was take it out of the box, screw the cord into the back, slap it on my window, and do the channel scan. The problem is, all too frequently I'll be watching something and it'll freeze up, sometimes losing the signly entirely or else remaining motionless for 15+ seconds. I know the problem may be more in the tv signal than the antenna, but since I live in a relatively high-density area on a the 4th floor, I was a bit surprised it happens so much. Either way, for the money this is a great bargain--I have a Roku stick and that works great for most of my TV needs, but it's very nice to have this for those nights when you just HAVE to watch the latest episode of ______ right as it airs, or just want to aimlessly flip around.

Wow - what an improvement
I have a cheap analog tv in my bathroom that had rabbit ears hooked to the converter box. I like watching news in morning before gym, and talk, sports, etc while showering later. Not interested in cable or satellite, just want to catch up on news and maybe catch a game show or gunsmoke, etc. my reception was terrible and restricted to just a few channels, so thought I would give this a shot. It arrived today and it took me about 5 minutes to hook to the converter box and run channel set up. I am so pleased. Besides much better reception, I am getting a number of new channels. The cord is long enough to give you some flexibility in finding your optimal reception. Excellent buy for under $20

No brainer , an absolute gem
I have cable and wanted to go cord cutting, and when my wife wanted a tv for the bedroom, I went for a smart tv. I found that I needed a HDTV antenna, did some quick research on Amazon and ordered this antenna. I had to get some extra coax cable as the included cable was not long enough. Hooked the antenna , ran the scan and boom had 50 hdtv Dtvair channels loaded. The quality of the picture is fantastic and I highly recommend this antenna. Of course it depends on the signal strength available in your area. So more research on calculating for full fledged cord cutting, will buy a couple more antennas for my other TvS.

Antenna works fine. The adhesives that come with it stopped sticking shortly after I purchased it, you may experience static at times and there are too many duplicate channels in my opinion. I would prefer to have more variety of channels but hey what can I expect. Other than that, channels are clear and I do not have to worry about a cable bill. I would recommend this product.

Ok, if you've got the patience for occasional signal losses.
I live in Seattle and am 5 miles or less from the tv towers. The tv this is connected to is on the second floor of my home. It took a while to find a location for the antenna that got the best signal for the most stations. The signal does still occasionally cut out causing the picture or audio to freeze on some stations. Given my location of my home, the location of the antenna (second floor, not ground) and the range of this antenna, I would expect to have a better quality signal.

This is just what I needed! Best antenna ever! Gave me no problems at all trying to get channels and I like this antenna because it was easy to hook up to my television. This one get great reception, we don't have to mess around with antennas at all with this one or put it in a certain place. Also, we didn't have to set it up or anything,we just plugged it into the tv & it works great. I'm so glad I bought this one as its way better than others we've had. Fast delivery and good customer service.I will definitely be buying a couple more of these.

Long range is a plus
For whatever reason the antenna picks up TV stations over 40 miles away but has a hard time locking in on the tower that's 30 miles away. I attribute this to possible local interference. I like that it has a long cord so I was able to place it on the window. So far so good.
