Day one:Let me tell y’all, this thing has my waist SNATCHED af. I feel like maybe a medium would have been better, but I’m going for a smaller waist, so I said yolo. At first I didn’t think it would fit because it was a real life struggle getting this thing on. You know what I did tho? I laid down and sucked it in! Almost zipped a piece of my roll up, but that’s the price you have to pay for beauty. So it’s already tight as heck and I’m like nice... Then I realize I still have to put the two little straps on and let me tell you. This thing is legit. It made my waist so much smaller and you can’t even really see it under my shirt. I will add two pictures, both with the trainer on. I have a trainer that I wear at work, but it gets me all sweaty, so I can’t wear it to sleep. I got this one to wear at night, so I can’t tell you how it would be working out, but as tight as this thing is, I definitely wouldn’t workout in it. The only thing is I feel like this Velcro won’t last as long as the rest of the trainer. It does come with a little protection thing on it when you first open it, but I feel like just taking it on and off like normal, over time, it won’t stick anymore. Like I said, it’s only day one, so I don’t know how long it will last. Overall, I’m glad I got it.

The double belt with the hooks and zipper make for a really great waist trainer. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the size chart is way off. The description says it's extremely important to follow their chart and not your normal size but I recommend going with your normal size. I'm bummed because I followed their instructions, it's too large and now they're sold out of smaller sizes.

I spent hours looking & decided to purchase this one. My main concern was it covering my lower abdomen & it does. Its perfect & comfortable.

I've tried a lot of different trainers and this one here is the real deal! The only complaint is that it ran big...I ordered a large and I had to return it for a medium. But it felt really good and snug but there was no room to shrink in it!

So my waist is around 30 inches and I got a small because I wanted it to still fit as I got smaller during my weight loss journey. I'm 5'3 and 175lbs if it helps at all but I'm curvy and my waist is significantly smaller than my hips so you can use me as reference. This was absolutely amazing!!! Its so sturdy and the 2 belt straps are great!! It is most definitely worth your money!! You won't regret it!! The only thing I dont like about it is the smell it had when it first came but ill try to wash it off. I haven't worked out with it yet but I will and hopefully it'll make me sweat. Also I've gone through like 5 waist trainer from Amazon and they all had lots of reviews but none of them were as good as this one.

It reaches all the way up under the breast and get to the lower abdominal area. Love this trainer. I've done hours of searching for the perfect waiting trainer and this one is perfect. I was going to order a 2x as my measurements were a little over the 2x sizing and decided to order a xl instead to see if it would work better for me. Glad I did. Definitely order a size 👇 down. I kind of want to order another one just to work out in and keep this one for everyday wear. The extra Velcro straps definitely help and make you feel more secure.

I have been using a form of waist trainer for years! Before them my mom showed me how to use cling wrap, lol! This is by far the best made trainer I have ever purchased! The fit is exact and the material is very high quality. I would definitely buy again!!

I was a bit afraid that I would get the wrong size because of some of the reviews, however, the fit was spot on. Just follow the guide and you should be fine. The quality is very good and sturdy. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase.

This is amazing for the price I got some compression garments but this is way better if it feels tight at first just try it on a couple more times wash it air-dry I'm ordering another as I've gone down a size I wear it on walks and to workout gives support and helps me sweat more
